      Pros

      The general approach to everything is team. From investment of personal time to resources; people are always willing to help.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much responsibility is given to one person for a whole area of focus. Such as Marketing. A company of this size could do with having a specific person supporting each product set or brand. Instead, one person supports all products thus limiting the time and attention needed to see a brand prosper in the competitive market space.

      new technologies, agile development process, stability and growth, great place to became technical leader, excellent office location and working environment, good benefit package

      Cons

      slow promotion process (3+ years), remote management and matrix management require regular communication, extra effort needed to develop and keep trust between Scrum teams and Product Owners
