      Pros

      If you can get in, it's a good place to start up. Mostly growing due to acqusitions and there are opportunities to make a difference.

      Cons

      The company is probably overstaffed right now in certain areas of sales. Good products but competition is heavy and the big boys are getting most of the market share. North America HR leadership is weak.

      benefits are ok and salary is median. Nothing too special for either

      Management is predicated on ability to instill fear and uncertainty about occupational future. Written commitments are provided for you to sign and verbal promises are made talking about upcoming sales campaigns and branding, to assist you in growing your pipeline, then never materializes. Marketing is done by 20 year olds whose sole experience is what their marketing teacher in college taught them. Impossible to sell new business to companies who have never heard of you and competitors who market like crazy and offer a comparable product for a fraction of the price.
