      Feels like an SMB, very fast-moving, adaptable and forward thinking, great management.

      Sometimes culture clashes between old guard and new blood emerge...interesting

      Great place to work Good Benes A focused approach Products that make sense

      Cons

      Value Engineering...really? More like "Sales Prevention". If we're not a Services Company then why are these guys still around? Terminate them, spread their salaries to the Developers who are finally being able to do what they do best. EDTE and VC are two great examples!

      Pros

      If you can get in, it's a good place to start up. Mostly growing due to acqusitions and there are opportunities to make a difference.

      Cons

      The company is probably overstaffed right now in certain areas of sales. Good products but competition is heavy and the big boys are getting most of the market share. North America HR leadership is weak.
