      Pros

      Relaxed environment, work from home options. Flexible hours. Nice facilities. Benefits are better than many. Can work with other teams to solve problems.

      Cons

      Remote shop, not well connected to mother ship. Company has purchased large company: Novell. This is a distraction to management, until transition is complete.

      Pros

      Decent salary for experienced engineer beginners. Good for long-term, but no chance for any real promotion. Good life-work balance: fits persons with small kids. Fitness rooms, pool, mall and sea beach nearby.

      Cons

      Too static. A lot of support for old/outdated MS technology software. Practicing "total" Agile/SCRUM for all its bad and good sides.
