very old legacy products. good work-life balance. They take advantage of you if you're a fresher. this is the first company I joined through campus recruitment and this is my worst experience ever. dont join this place.

Cons

even after being the best performer and receiving a lot of best performer awards. I did not receive any hike even after being part of micro focus for 1 year 6 months. Even after expressing my concern to my manager, it was not addressed by my manager.
