      Work life balance is good. You have ample time to focus outside work Oppurtunity to work on Different technologies . Helping colleagues..good collaboration

      Pay should be more competent, i feel its less compared to market standards Lot of politics i see...the rating system is crooked i feel. Your rating depends more on how you sell your work rather than working hard.
