Secure but out dated culture and tech

Secured career and you can get pretty far if you work hard and know how to talk as long as people do not know what you talk about. Work life balance

Cons

Old tech Not reasoning but top down command is key to win debates Bullies, playing favourites culture exists Good people but many are from old previous generations and do not like changes Managers are promoted based on willingness rather than skills Low salary

Very good people working at the company.

Cons

IT management has been hired from DXC and are pushing the entire department to DXC. Internal customer satisfaction with DXC's performance is bad.
