Pros

Had quality products and people, invested in good R&D, started to diversify the portfolio of products to offer

Cons

Same management that still does not change as the market changes, no more innovation, no more diversity of products, became too political and now no one wants to take ownership and tell management that they need to change.

if you are the people who are trusted by their management team. You can do anything even break the rules.

Cons

The managerial team like to emotional blackmail all the administration is rubbish, they even won't provide payslips on time Low pay and long working hours and HR sometimes give you the wrong pay

Pros

High comms per laptop sold compared to other brands For full timers some have the option to run between two stores, its more tiring but you get the comms for total sales for both stores so there’s a trade-off

Cons

Bosses sometimes don’t take into account feedback from the frontline promoters
