Low Salary And Long Work Time

Pros

A employee restaurant which you can finish your breakfast and lunch there

Cons

As the title 1. Low salary which doesn't match the works you have to do 2. Average work time is about 11~12 hours 3. You still have to pay attention on the message and e-mail because your boss probably will contact you even when you are off 4. Overtime pay? All the work are your responsibilities. Why do you think you should have overtime pay?

1. The atmosphere within the project management team was nice. 2. People are encouraged to work by their own way. 3. In comparison with other companies, employees have a better work-life balance in this company.

Cons

1. There are too many online systems to handle. It reduces people's work efficiency. 2. Depends on which team you are in. If you are in ODM team, people will be super busy during the peak time and will have nothing to deal with during the off-peak. 3. Pay package is very average. (Even less)
