Pros
Friendly and kind work environment with little to no animosity or clashing. There are a lot of areas to move around to if one just isn't your calling and there is a lot of room for growth with multiple paths to follow.
Cons
Your growth within the company will be slow unless you speak up, "Squeaky wheel gets the grease". Communication can be hit and miss between different departments and shifts, which makes it hard to keep track of some things if you are not staying on top of being in the "Know" .
