The company is lacking in leadership and the leadership is toxic. The company has very little direction and allows fly by night decsions to govern without any regard to next steps or long term plans. Many of the reps are contracted employees and are not focused on the Micro-Tech products. I wouldn't be either if I were a rep! If a company won't invest in me as an employee why should I invest all my time in them? This shows in the culture of the company. Micro-Tech takes the cheapest way out in everything it does and feels that its most valuable asset, it people and the face of its company are expendable pons. A massive overhaul is needed at this company and it will take far more than just a sales director change. This is a stepping stone company ONLY, not a place to build a career. You will learn how to sell on price alone, how to break your own pricing contract, and what "bargin basment selling" means but other than that move on.
