      I have not found any Pros as I haven't been responses.

      Cons

      The contract is asked to sign without any job onboarding and task to do. Once following, no response. Even ask to terminate, it is still no response.

      Best pay so far Tasks are very intuitive and easy to perform Flexible hours You're allowed to work full-time if needed The pay is ON TIME

      Project based, so very inconsistent flow of work. No work for weeks/months

      Pros

      Good working conditions and good pay.

      Cons

      The team leaders are the ones driving the project and if they say it’s day you have to say it’s day otherwise your contract ends with no reason given whatsoever. They will act too concerned and use words like sorry and all but it’s all their liking and internal politics. I am just not happy with them.
