      In my career, I’ve worked with a few companies, but micro1 is the first where I truly feel compelled to share a review. It’s one of the best places to work, the team is incredibly smart, professional, and inspiring. Compensation wise, micro1 offers one of the best salaries in the industry along with exciting quarterly bonuses that keep you motivated. Special mention to my manager, Daniel, he makes work both fun and rewarding, and it’s a pleasure collaborating with him.

      Decent pay rate for trainers.

      Cons

      Extremely no formal process to onboard people to introduce to the ins and outs of the company. They expect to just simply know. Reaching out is another different challenge cause you’d probably have to text the entire company before you can get a response. There aren’t any meetings so you’re not aware of the status of the project and you have to decode silence of activity as the status of the project.
