      Pros

      The opportunity given by Micro1 to work based on your preferred hours is not a common one. To top it all, you can make as much as you want in a day. The same task you perform at a company with a fixed salary, you perform at Micro1, earn as much as you can, and even receive a reward.

      I have been working for a while now and i am yet to have a bad experience.

      As an AI Engineer, I’ve had the opportunity to work on innovative projects using the latest ML tools. There's little bureaucracy, and engineers are empowered to make decisions and drive features end-to-end. The engineering culture is strong, everyone is curious, helpful, and open to feedback. Goals are clearly shared, and there's a real sense of alignment across teams.

      Cons

      Fast pace might feel overwhelming to some, especially if you’re coming from a more traditional or slow-moving environment.
