      Pros

      Work whenever you want, good pay, and always on time. I have worked for more than 6 months, and every time the pay comes constantly and without hassle. Excluding some official US holidays it is always on time. Great work environment and communication. It feels like your opinion is heard while working. I feel like my opinion matters here.

      Strict guidelines to follow but if you are good at receiving feedback its great actually.

      Pros

      Great bunch of people. Can work completely flexibly. The work is pretty intense and you need to be meticulous, but the HDMs are always there to help out and you are well recompensed

      Cons

      My current project has not got consistent tasks, so the workload and hours are a bit up and down, but that suits me fine and it’s all client led so I’m sure each project is completely different.

      Pros

      The only good might be the remote work, but basically, aside from eating and sleeping, don't expect to step away from your laptop.

      Cons

      Extremely micromanaged environment with very little transparency from top to bottom, super arbitrary decisions, communication was tightly controlled, and it was difficult to understand how promotions actually determined. The culture often felt like a "bro's club" where access and influence seemed to depend more on relationships than merit. It was also hard to develop skills that would transfer to future roles because most of the work revolved around navigating internal processes rather than building meaningful expertise. There was an expectation to be online and available 24/7. The overall environment felt restrictive and draining.
