      I started working as a software engineer at Micro1 around 6 months earlier and overall, I am very pleased with my experience so far. The company culture is great and I feel valued as a member of the team. Additionally, the company is always investing in new technologies and tools, which has allowed me to expand my skill set and stay current in the industry. Some of the pros are like: - Supportive and approachable management team - Opportunities for career development and growth - Competitive compensation and benefits package - Focus on innovation and pushing boundaries of technology - Diverse and knowledgeable team members - Flexible work schedule and work-life balance - Exciting and challenging projects that utilizes new technologies and tools

      - Best in the market pay. - Opportunity to work with clients overseas remotely, and be a part of their ecosystem. - Best in class projects. - Timely pay

      Cons

      - need to work according to US timezone. - can’t enjoy social life as you would work mostly at nights. - permanent WFH due to which you miss office atmosphere and don’t feel like you’re a part of company. It sometimes feels depressing
