      There are so many pros here but here I am listing a few. - Respectful environment - Amazing pay (Really amazing) - Consider pay raise every month… I think this level of hike is no where possible - Appreciate you while you do awesome work - Cool culture specially Game nights and virtual coffee meetings - Personal growth - I have all the benefits that I can think I can get from employer
