A Supportive Environment with Opportunities to Grow
Pros
One of the biggest positives I’ve experienced since joining the team is the people and the overall culture. Everyone has been very approachable and willing to make themselves available when support is needed. That has made it much easier to solve problems. There is a good work life balance between maintaining high expectations while still creating an environment for employees to be successful and feel supported. From a management perspective, I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to work with the team, build relationships, and contribute to improving processes within the support department. Overall, my experience has been very positive.
Cons
I’m still learning different areas of the business and continuing to understand what the company can approve to make working experiences better. One area I think we can continue to focus on is creating more consistency around documentation as the team continues to grow.
