Poor Planting, Awful Structure, and No Relief in Sight

Pros

They let you shift to another department if your not happy in your current role. It doesn't make such of a difference, as their fundamentals are faulty.

Cons

Planning was a joke for the arrogant leadership. These awful people didn't bother to create a structure or streamline the processes. It meant things were ridiculously chaotic, and each day seemed like a challenge. There wasn't much hope for the future, as those at the top didn't want to change and kept avoiding the issues.

Proprietary technology which means it does not transfer over well to other jobs, unorganized management, must have a flexible schedule
