I feel very comfortable here! I’ve had a few different managers in different roles that I’ve been in and all of them have been great to work under! Very kind, supportive and interested in my career growth! Great people here at microvention!

Cons

A few growing pains come with transitioning from a small company to a big company!

Relatively small company but functions as a large corporation

Depending on your team, the company could be great. The products they make are very interesting and satisfying as it saves and improves patients lives.

Cons

It’s a small company so some of the procedures are still immature. At the same time, the Terumo group that acquired MicroVention brings so much bureaucracy.
