View of a disgruntled former employee

Pros

I've worked at MicroVention for over a decade and was shocked by the "Very poor ethics" review posted on Glass Door. The idea that there is pressure to fabricate data of any kind is absurd. In fact, my experience at MicroVention has been exactly the opposite. Specifically, that they will test more samples than strictly necessary to ensure high quality product and will sponsor investigator-led clinical trials that MicroVention cannot control just to advance the science of neurovascular treatment. I think this review was written by a disgruntled former employee who may have been let go for performance issues.

Cons

MicroVention is a rapidly growing, innovative company. This causes growing pains in a number of areas including insufficient parking, office, and manufacturing space. They are investing $100 million in new facilities opening in 2017.
