Stay away from Deaign engineering group

The company itself is good and growing fast. Pay is relatively good. Great benefit !

Cons

Stay away from Design engineering group. There is no clear development path in this group. Promotion is absolutely based of favoritism. No matter how hard you work, how educated your or how much experience you have if the manager does not want to promote you, he won’t. However if the manger likes you no matter how unqualified you are you will move up very quickly. The group is very much unqualified and incompetent because they all got promoted based on favoritism. Working with this group is a nightmare. It takes them so long to understand and complete a simple task but If you look at their title they all are Senior engineers. DISCRIMINATION at it’s best.
