Pros

Good hours, nice people, small company culture. The product is challenging to manufacture yet cutting edge. Microvention doesn't mess around when it comes to being the best in Neurotechnology! I am a firm believer in the quality of the product.

Cons

Paperwork technology stuck in the 80's , must wear many hats, very young departments and managers (some are inexperienced and lack the technical background). Many managers are new. Sub par production supervisors/leads resulting in alot of firefighting. Very fast paced and very aggressive project schedules means more chances for mistakes.

Terrible performance review structure. No promised promotion. Managers forced to downgrade excellent employees at review time to meet a bell curve. Favoritism of male counterpart.
