Pros

Annual bonus. Friendly colleagues. Great benefits compared to competitors.

Cons

HR implemented new ways to do reviews and promotions. This company is now running on yearly experiences. You will not get a great review or promotions based on merits or accomplishments. Regardless of how you did the prior year, HR will only allow reviews to be met expectations. So if you're doing more in hope of praises and promotions, it's not going to happen. HR sees everyone as equals, if you're a terrible worker or a great worker, you're not going to get promoted until you've met the yearly experience, so as long as you stay at MicroVention and do your bare necessities, you should be okay. Don't get your hopes up when you do extra work and training thinking you did spectacular and will get promoted, because HR will still say you're not experience yet.
