Pros

Good health benefits and nice co-workers when you see they come to the office.

Cons

Inconsistent management and micro-managers. Too many managers not enough people to do the work. Over worked and pushed in multiple directions, massive backlog and lack of communication. Attorneys are leaving left and right. Microvention is cheap and wants everything automated.

Pros

Nice people in the department.

Cons

High turnover with 0 training and 0 support from team members. Constantly ghosted and ignored by them. Micromanager who is easily triggered and argumentative. She's super unprofessional during pointless daily team huddles. Says inappropriate things during these huddles and makes it awkward for the entire team. Worst manager I've ever had.

Cons

I work for this company for two years. About US Residency: When I accepted my job offer they promise to start my US Residency process within a year. 10 months after I joined the company, they said that the had new requirements to approve my US Residency process, when I asked about the requiments my boss told to not ask more questions. I waited for two years and later they just told me that they were not going to do my US Residency and never provided a reason why. About HR and Management: I had a good relationship with my boss until the pandemic started (I even got a salary raise). But when had to work from home, my manager started to get stress because he didn't had enought people to finish the projects that they assigned to him. He became agressive on our 1:1 and asked me to take over more projects, witch I did, but those projects need other members of my team to complete them, I asked my boss for time from my Coworkers that were on my projects and he gave 10 hrs per week of less with them, the projects need 40 or more (due to the deathlines), I confront him and said that the project was in risk due to the lack of resources and he kept on getting mad at me and acting agreesive. I spoke to someone in HR about my situation and my manager conduct, but they said that my couldn't do anything about him, only managers could reach out to them for bad behavior. I tried to get HR to join my 1:1 but they didn't. After dealing with my boss attide, bad behavior and negative attide for many months, I left the company.
