If you are part of the owners family / friends your employment will be safe and you will find yourself in roles far beyond what you are qualified for. Everyone else is treated like dirt! Welcome to the circus!! You will have a great laugh everyday you show up wondering how the place even survives its so dysfunctional!

Cons

Pay is the lowest of the low, equipment is antiquated, building is literally falling apart! O and the smell of the entire building - a combo of dried up vomit and a dumpster! Absolutely disgusting!
