      Great company with great culture and only minor flaws.

      Successful company with continual growth. Managers generally want to help you. CEO approaches problems with a long term mind set. Great benefits overall. Decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      I've heard it is difficult to increase salary after getting in, even if you move up. Some systems required to do job function typically aren't very good or organized.
