Microchip in Hong Kong as well as our other acquired companies that have presence in Hong Kong have paid sick leave policy but unused sick leave was never paid/cashed out, which aligns with most of the company practices in Hong Kong. We also confirmed that there was no layoff of design team members in Hong Kong from any of our previous acquisitions. We do appreciate you taking the time to comment.
