Pros
Technically the work is good. my the corporate nickels and dimes for everything. Salary is below par compared to industry standards. Corporate did not listen to employee benefits for a long time and so may technical people quite resulting in projects being short staff. Company that was Microsemi before merging with microchip did not have salary review or bonus for several years. Even microchip is not giving good salary/bonus raises. Many who wanted to quit were offered raises(thats what i have heard) but they choose to quit for better places.

Company nickels-dimes for many equipment purchases and there had been no salary increase in years. the one we had was not substantial
