      Pros

      One of the few non-commission driven sales force in the industry. Company is proud to demonstrate over 100 quarters of consecutive profitability. Welcoming company culture for minority and promotes diversity among 20k employees. Great teamwork all-around and management is transparent in communicating to its employees.

      Work life balance; work autonomy; value-based culture

      Cons

      Low morale - slack senior sales management that is good at politics but lack of leadership and no ownership; below par compensation and very slow adjustment; senior manager dis-repects and treats supporting staffs as slavery ( HR and top management also didnt bother and do nothing on the senior managers)
