Pros
The best at working at Microchip was the stability. A company where you can grow old and then retire yourself. I believe this is a part of MCHP being a hardware company; as long as chips are used, it's a good place to work.
Cons
Lack of innovation, lack of openness to new technology and views. Management lacks vision. They should modernize more to compete with other stakeholders in the market.
