      Great Culture and Amazing Managment

      Pros

      -Upper Management clearly cares about all employees (bonuses, no layoff mindset, management taking paycuts before others, pushing one-on-ones etc.) -Engaging work. You're helping to making microscopic circuits! What's not cool about that. -Quarterly bonuses -Great coworkers -Comforting and success oriented culture.

      Cons

      -A lot of systems are not standard across the company. (due to the amount of acquisitions) -Not really a con but: compensation is pretty much stuck at the industry median. -Investment in employees trying to get higher education in Engineering is not great.

      Pros

      One of the few non-commission driven sales force in the industry. Company is proud to demonstrate over 100 quarters of consecutive profitability. Welcoming company culture for minority and promotes diversity among 20k employees. Great teamwork all-around and management is transparent in communicating to its employees.
