family community, great benefits, management is fair, safe working environment as safety is always important, decent work life balance
Cons
underpaid compared to competitors, high management makes risky decisions, they have told us that well have holidays off only to take that away, be prepared to work holidays when they need people to move production, company has office politics, long term employees never make enough, i had a friend who had been there for 13 years and never broke 16 dollars, can move up but it will take a long time to make a decent wage, pes there only make one dollar more.
