Great people, Good atmosphere, Terrible pay

Pros

Most of the people are awesome. Most days, I didn't mind going to work. They provide parties every couple of months, and the immediate management wants to support you.

Cons

Pay is insulting. I think a lot of fast food jobs pay more. And a Production Specialist is the lowest on the totem pole, and from the corporate level, you are trivial and replaceable. Tough times from bad management decisions fall on the Specialists.

Pros

i am so glad i left the company. if your company got acquired by mircocheap, run as fast as you can!

Cons

Lack of innovation. you basically do day to day job and not learning any new technology. poor management and never trust what they tell you!!!

Cons

3% raise is the best you'll see for an overachieving performer. Easy to be siloed if you're young. There's a lot of groupthink; Needs a refresh in management; Archaic methodologies and weak sales software support tools.
