Pros
Outstanding company culture, great flexibility, competitive salary. Interesting work and enough freedom and autonomy to flex creativity.
Cons
At engineer level, it's a job - even a long term job - but not a career. It's a bit of an old boys' club made up of management cliques from companies previously taken over so unless you're 'in' don't expect to be invited to anything new or know about opportunities until after they've happened.
