Company follows set of guiding values which are valuable for growth of customer and quality of semiconductor products which is finally delivered. Company's interest to employees and their well being is well appreciated.

      Job visibility to higher management can be made more visible. Importance to company development in accordance with individual contributor's work can be improved and made more in sync with the goal/ objective.
