-SLT was not approachable and they cared more about productivity than employee morale
-Not a progressive Human Resources department/company - systems and processes were VERY outdated (lots of paperwork)
-PTO was very minimal to start (80 hours) - hopefully this has increased since my time here
-Perfumes, scented lotions, etc. were not allowed in the Human Resources area which I understand, but they were always VERY weird about it
-Schedule flexibility did not exist. 8-5 type place. It was frowned upon to leave even just a few minutes early without someone saying something as you walked out (even on a Friday afternoon).
