      Pros

      Good benefits, 10 holidays/year, lots of vacation hours and personal time. Very supportive management

      Cons

      Ofcourse the salary could be a little bit higher...and have annualy raises (no gaps). NEPOTISM! Very hard to advance, some (sister, brother, wife, in-law's) will be advanced in a better position regardless merits.

      Work life balance is best compared with the similar industry in the region. Exposure to customer industry in turn resulting in good know how of market dynamics Company culture is good. Ethics are followed and taught Peer respect. Good and friendly work atmosphere. No Hierarchical power proliferation Transparency in communication. Everyone gets to know about the business of the company
