      Pros

      Company values its employees and guiding values are truly practised. Senior management is easily accessible and environment is open for innovation, continuous improvement and progress towards becoming a market leader. Lots of new opportunities as the company grows both organincally and through acquisition.

      Cons

      None really to note here since I have had a truly wonderful experience at this company. Most employees give it over 100% of their time and if that is a problem then this may not be the place for you.

      The best company I have ever worked in my 34 years of professional life. Micorchip is the best place to work.

      Cons

      Hardly get a chance to meet the management since the corporate is in Arizona.
