The production staff are at times treated as second class citizens. It is very difficult to advance up the ranks and senior management had too tight of a level of control over lower level employees which negates the effectiveness of direct supervisors.

Better communication within the my department. Standardize the tools we are to use. More trust from management outside of our department.
