      Pros

      Steady secure job. Limited management oversight. Lots of independence. Flexible work scheduling. Work from home.

      Cons

      Limited recognition of work accomplishments. Favoritism is more prevalent than metritocracy. Limited management support to accomplish work. Lack of people management places reliance on employees to sort out personnel matters themselves.

      Stable, reliable, Sharing success, Nice colleagues. Collaboration is mandatory and expected between colleagues. No race condition is set. We share the achievements.

      Cons

      Big beast multi. No cutting edge technology. Technologically 2-3 years behind compared to leading semiconductor companies. (But this makes it a reliable and stable market segment they are targeting.)
