      Great Culture and Amazing Managment

      Pros

      -Upper Management clearly cares about all employees (bonuses, no layoff mindset, management taking paycuts before others, pushing one-on-ones etc.) -Engaging work. You're helping to making microscopic circuits! What's not cool about that. -Quarterly bonuses -Great coworkers -Comforting and success oriented culture.

      Cons

      -A lot of systems are not standard across the company. (due to the amount of acquisitions) -Not really a con but: compensation is pretty much stuck at the industry median. -Investment in employees trying to get higher education in Engineering is not great.

      * Perfect atmosphere for a new college graduate to learn * Very helpful supervisors and colleagues * Very good work-life balance * Lots to learn and everyday is a new day with something new to learn
