      Pros

      As a consultant you get to choose your career path and the management also helps acquire new skills to stay relevant in the ever changing market place. As an H1B employee, the Immigration team / process is rock solid and had absolutely no issues in that area. Good access to senior management to have all necessary discussions. Good benefits. Great support during bench period.

      Have minor to no complaints in my experience.

      Pros

      Microexcel is an excellent company who takes care of their employees.I have been working as Business Analyst for 10 years and I had all my problems and pain points, not matter how small,were looked into and talen care. Employees are well looked after, good management, overall a great place to work.

      Limited carrer progression.As company is growing bigger,maybe discuss with employees and help provide path or ways to grow.
