They will hire without projects and after some time simply send them out, Mostly web developers don't join not a good company for web developers.

Here you will never have management support. Just keep on playing with the employees who really works and they will always encourage the employees who spread all meaningless rumors and they get all feasibility and appraisal. Management never bother about the good and eligible employees. Never suggest anyone to join in here. Would not even give a single star but that's mandatory to add a star.
