      The company culture is great and provides employee's with a supportive environment. Every single employee is willing to help and extend their expertise. Even as the company expands rapidly, the atmosphere is fun and exciting.

      Not so particular with internal processes which can become a Plus too if understood and cashed on. This can become a minus too on a long run as the company grows bigger.
