Some people were take it granted as a hobby or using this WFH option as a vacations. They Abusing This Privilege By Applying To Work From Home Whenever They Have Some Personal works or simply taking rest at home really how funny this is.
Applying WFH and simply replying as "my net is not working" how crazy this is??? I don't kw how to react as a employee ..... but Managers & HR people are happy with this kind a culture ... but WHY???
Funny thing is only Male employee is utilizing this option but not female. In most of the companies woman employee utilizing this due to some health issues and to take care of kids.
Its enough ... Please wake-up and stop playing this type of games henceforth.
