Cons

Not so particular with internal processes which can become a Plus too if understood and cashed on. This can become a minus too on a long run as the company grows bigger.

Best company to work with. This is one company I know that really takes care of their employees in all aspects. Good work and personal life balance. The management is so amazing to work with. I am really happy to be part of this organization.
