      Very Good Environment, flexible work location and timings preferences, Freedom to work

      Cons

      Not so particular with internal processes, but not having value for thoughts of employees and as its growing fast need to put some policies in place accordingly and required hiring process need to be taken care. Needed regular training will help to improve our skills.

      Pros

      As the company is growing very fast specially in last couple of year it transforms in a very good pace and got to learn many things along the way. Good team and nice flexibility in working style. Management is doing a great job in setting up new locations as a symbol of growth.
