      Microexcel is an excellent company who takes care of their employees. Provides a great opportunity to grow with a very good salary package.

      * Cross team pollination of knowledge * Geographically dispersed, round the sun * Opportunities to work across projects * smart team that work well across silos * very motivated to please internal staff and clients

      * Geographically dispersed - sometimes it is difficult handing the baton to the next shift on the project

      Pros

      Fast paced environment. Assisting clients with best choice solutions is key. Very strong satisfied client list. Building strong relationships with clients and prospects is encouraged.

      Cons

      If it can be considered a con it would be that there is a never ending amount of opportunities on which to work.
