The HR department is very helpful in resolving your queries specially Himanshi Gupta HR Head usually the CEO of the company is too busy and didn't give time to the employees but I have good experience in this aspect as well as Nirmal the Head of the company always reply to you emails and phone calls if there is an urgent request. I recommend you work at this company

I have been associated with Microexcel from past 3.5 years and it has a good work life balance. Job security is really paramount here. Consistent pay under every circumstances. Even during COVID and uncertain circumstances, we always received our salary on time. People from top management connects with the employees do understand there aspirations and always motivate them. HR team is very supportive and response to every queries and concerns raised. Salary hike is also good (performance based). Rapidly growing company with lot of opportunities.
